Doggy Doo Wop will take place on April 12, 2008 from 6-11 PM at The Wave in Appleton.

The event will help support FVHA’s Animal Medical Fund, which funds emergency surgeries, spaying, neutering, dental cleaning, and other basic medical needs for the animals at the shelter, such as vaccinations and medications.  More than 5,000 animals come to FVHA each year and they require thousands of dollars in medical care. 

Attendants can dance along to the music of The Faros, a live band featuring songs of the 50s & 60s.  Along with the music and dancing, there will also be a 50/50 raffle, and theme basket raffles.  Doggy Doo Wop is presented by Community First Credit Union.

Tickets for the Doggy Doo Wop can be charged over the phone by calling the Fox Valley Humane Association, or purchased at the Fox Cities branches of Community First Credit Union, The Dog House-Appleton, & The Fox Valley Humane Association.
